In Kenya, vehicle branding typically involves applying promotional or advertising graphics on vehicles. If you are planning to brand your vehicle for commercial purposes, you may need to obtain a special license or permit from the relevant authorities.
County Government Licences: Different counties charge differently for example Nairobi County Government Charges Kshs. 18,200/- per year for all four wheeled motor Vehicles and Kshs. 9,100/- for tuktuks or three wheelers, two wheelers and pushcarts. The license is renewable annually. For other counties, the amount is approximately half that of Nairobi.
Its is thus more economical to do a full branding of your vehicle because the county licences only cover for full branding and not partial branding.
